This initiative reflects our commitment to constant innovation and relevance, driving impulse purchases while meeting sales targets for main and add-on products in-store. We've strategized to stock adequately for two peak sales days, utilizing efficient ready-to-sell packages for smoother replenishment and reduced handling risks. This approach aims to elevate the shopping journey, fostering both engagement and sales success.
Additionally, recognizing the seasonal shift, we're infusing a back-to-school element within the presentation, catering to various age groups in distinct sections. This holistic approach aims to enhance the shopping experience, fostering engagement and driving sales success.

Transitioning from a lived-in room to a rejuvenated living space is our aim. The living room serves as a hub for family relaxation, snacking, and work. To assist in maintaining tidiness, a designated landing zone for items like books and throws proves invaluable. By placing accessible storage at the centre, we keep the floor and sofa clutter-free while ensuring items are in their rightful spot.
In alignment with the third launch of FY23, "Open the Door to New Possibilities," we introduce an economical product that harmonizes with the store's entrance aesthetic. This venture seeks to surprise and inspire IKEA customers, reaffirming that our store consistently offers fresh and pertinent selections. Furthermore, recognizing the season's needs, we've decided to enhance storage solutions by incorporating secondary storage options. This enables customers to stow away their Christmas decorations efficiently, enhancing both organization and convenience.
